WP Real Estate invests in properties along the Belgian coast, with a property portfolio spanning hotels, apartments, event spaces, restaurants, commercial properties and parking facilities, all right in the heart of Blankenberge. The properties are operated by WP Hotels & Events.
With this fund, the group is helping to create a stable financing structure, fully committed to achieving continued growth. WP Real Estate's ambition is to grow into a EUR 100 million fund within the next few years, turning it into an attractive acquisition prospect for institutional investors.
As a co-investor, you get the chance to invest in well-managed properties through the fund.
WP Hotels & Events
WP Hotels & Events was born out of the iconic cabaret temple that is Het Witte Paard, which has been providing the Belgian coast with 87 years of top-quality entertainment.
Since 2009, WP Hotels & Events has grown exponentially – from a business comprising 1 hotel and 1 event space to one boasting 8 hotels, 32 apartments and 2 event spaces, together with a number of restaurants and other commercial properties. What's more, WP Hotels & Events produces around five show productions a year, with over 100 performances a year.
