The role of WP Hotels & Events
While WP Real Estate provides the real estate, WP Hotels & Events takes care of the rest.
For its operations, WP Hotels & Events pays an annual fee to WP Real Estate, independent of the occupancy rate, as set out in their long-term agreement.
WP Hotels and Events also covers maintenance costs, minor renovations, property taxes and all property insurance (Triple-Net contract). As a result, WP Real Estate has no fixed annual costs associated with its property portfolio.
